Simple Herb Salmon

My body is calling for an Omega-3! As you know that salmon is rich with Omega-3, good fat that your body need. So, I have planed to have salmon menu twice a week. ^^ Let’s start eat clean food today with my menu!

Serves for 4

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound of Salmon
  • 1 tablespoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons of Fresh Parsley, diced
  • 1/2 teaspoon of Sea Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of Ground Black Pepper
  • Fresh Lettuce for garnish

Preparation for 20 minutes:

  1. Rinse salmon with clean water and dry with paper towel, Then cut pieces for per person
  2. Put salmon on the pan, then add olive oil, parsley, sprinkle salt, and pepper over the salmon and leave them on the pan for about 15 minutes.
  3. Turn on the high heat and cook the salmon for 4 to 5 minutes each side or until look golden brown.
  4. Decorate a plate with fresh lettuce, ready to serve.
