Tuna sandwich is really easy and quick to prepare. I usually will have tuna on hand in my cabinet, so, whenever I don’t have much time to prepare food, tuna sandwich would be my really first choice because it’s not require to cook on stove. I only need to slice some carrot, celery, blueberry, or strawberry and mixing with mayonnaise, plain yogurt, salt, and pepper. Then put on the whole grains bread with some lettuce and slice tomato.
Serving this menu for simple breakfast or it can be picnic menu or grab and go sandwich or even light dinner meal. Serving with chai tea or breakfast turmeric golden milk will go well together. I always do this menu when I have tight time to prepare food or I feel super hungry and don’t want to spend too much time on cooking, this menu is the answer, quick, easy, and will take only 5 minutes to prepare. Flavor of this tuna sandwich will give you some sour from mayonnaise and sweetness flavor from fruits and a little bit of salt that I put on.

Tuna Sandwich Ingredients
- 2 cans (8 oz.) Wild Catch Tuna Fish, take all juice out
- 1 Small Carrot, peeled and cut thing sliced
- 1 Celery, trimmed end and chopped fine
- 1/2 pond of Blueberries, cut half
- 1 cup of Strawberries, cut plate thing sliced
- 4 tablespoons of Mayonnaise
- 4 tablespoons of Plain Yogurt
- Pinch of Salt
- Pinch of Ground Black Pepper
- Sandwich Breach or Bagel
Tuna Sandwich Preparation
- In a medium size mixing bowl, added tuna, carrot, celery, blueberries, mayonnaise, yogurt, salt, and pepper and mixed well. Set a side.
- Place sandwich bread or bagel on a serving plate then spread tuna filling over the bread and garnish with strawberries sliced over the tuna and cover with another bread or bagel and ready to serve.
