Rib eye steak is our family favorite menu ever, especially, in Summer time, special occasion or when we have guest come over to our house. My husband usually cooks for this menu, he is the expert how to cook the best steak of our house.
Rib eye is a beef steak from the rib section. Our special house rib eye steak is full of flavor, moist and melt in your mouth. We usually eat this menu with Mashed Potatoes and Simple Salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette.

Ingredients for Rib Eye Steak
- 3 pound of Rib Eye Steak with Bone-In
- Dash of Kosher Salt, approximately 2 teaspoons
Preparation
Our house Rib-Eye Steak style, we usually let the rib eye marinade with kosher salt for approximately 2 hours before we cook on a charcoal grill.
- Shake salt over the rib eye on all side and let it marinade at the room temperature for 2 hours.
- Rinsed the rib eye steak with water and dry the water out with paper towel on all side.
- Cooked on the grill 3 minutes each side for medium rare or more minutes for medium or cook as your desire.
Ingredients for Mint Pesto
- Full hand of Fresh Mint leaves
- 10 cloves of Garlic
- 1 teaspoon of Sea Salt
- 1/4 cup of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, separate half
Preparation
Added mints in a food processor and turn the food processor twice to crush the mints, then added garlic, salt and olive oil into the food processor, mix well until everything corporate. Pour into a small serving bowl then added the left of olive oil over the pesto and ready to serve.
