Oats are a whole-grain food and the healthiest grains on earth. They are a good source of carbohydrate and have lot of fiber that help with digestion. Oats are loaded with important vitamins, mineral and antioxidant including; Manganese, Phosphorus, Magnesium, Copper, Iron, Zinc, Folate, Vitamin B1 and Vitamin B5.
This menu is really easy to cook and it full of nutrients and vitamin but not heavy meal for breakfast. It only take just 20 minutes to cook. The butter smell and taste creamy with a bit of sugar and salt make the oatmeal taste delicious. You can substitute sugar with honey if you prefer.
