Mixed Berries Smoothie

I love drink smoothie in the morning especially in the summer time. This recipe I added collagen for more skin healthy with all the mixed berries. Due to our age older and the body slow down to produce collagen, it is the reason why I added collagen into this recipe to help my body produce more collagen and get my skin looking healthier and younger. Berries have a lot of antioxidant and vitamin C and E which help with the healthy skin.

This smoothie is very easy to make and you don’t need that much time to prepare and this can make and easy to go out for work and get myself fresh at the beginning of the day.

The smoothie has sweet plus a bit sour from the berries, so, I don’t have you put anything extra to it. However, if you prefer to have more sweetener, you can add more maple syrup or honey as your desire.

Serve for 4

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of Frozen Strawberries, stems removed and diced
  • 1/4 cup of Frozen Wild Blueberries
  • 1/4 cup of Frozen Blackberries
  • 1/4 cup of Frozen Raspberries
  • 1/3 cup of Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice
  • 2 tablespoon of Collagen Peptide Powder

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend until everything smooth.
  2. Pour the smoothie into individual serving cup and decorate the top of the smoothie with fresh sliced berries to make them more delicious.
