Homemade Lavender Milk Bath

Soaking in the warm bath on the weekend is my haven time. It help me clam my body and I feel relax at the same time. Give time for yourself for 15 to 20 minutes and do this once a week.

Lavender has many good benefits that help relax and calm the mind and body. Lavender is one of my favorite essential oil. I love the smell and can help relax before I go to sleep at night. I use lavender buds and lavender oil in this milk bath. If you can not find lavender buds, you can only use lavender oil, you get the same lavender smell.

Milk powder contains concentrations of vitamins and minerals. The lactic acid in it lightens and smoothness skin. It helps heal dull skin. It gives the new skin formation a boost.

Salt Bath breaks down into magnesium and sulfate in water. When you soak in the salt bath, these get into your body through your skin. Soaking in warm water can help relax muscles and loosen stiff joints.
