Kale is one of a “superfood” and rich of nutrition. Kale has an excellent source of Vitamin K, vitamin C, vitamin A, manganese and copper; a very good source of B6, B2, fiber, calcium, potassium and vitamin E; and a good source of iron, magnesium, vitamin B1, Omega-3 fats, protein, folate and vitamin B3.
This kale chips is one of my favorite snack plus there are many benefit can help boost well-being and prevent a rang of health problem. A little sour taste from lemon juice and sesame seeds have more good health nutrition.

Ingredients
- 1 pound of Fresh Kale, cleaned and dried with paper towel
- 2 tablespoons of White Sesame Seeds
- 2 tablespoons of Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon of Fresh Lemon Juice, squeezed
- Dash of Salt to taste
Preparation
Preheat oven for 215 ℉ while you preparing kale.
Ina large bowl, add all ingredients together and massage the kale by your hand, so, make sure your hand clean. Then put in a clean baking sheet and spare all kale evenly. Put in the oven and let it bake for 30 minutes. Take out from the oven and stir kale around and put back in the oven and let them bake for another 20 – 30 minutes or until the kale become crispy.
