This menu is one of my favorite breakfast menu and easy to make. I love the sweetness of the shredded coconut and almond flour is low in carbohydrates, high in fiber and a high source of protein. This menu fill me up until lunch time.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
- 1/2 cup of All Purpose-Flour
- 1/2 cup of Almond Flour
- 1/4 cup of Arrowroot Powder
- 1 and 1/2 teaspoons of Baking Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of Baking Soda
- 1/4 cup of Raw Brown Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon of Salt
- 2 large Eggs
- 1 cup of Whole Milk
- 1/4 cup of Coconut Oil
Preparation
- In a large bowl, mixed dry ingredients together.
- Add wet ingredients into the bowl and mix well until everything dissolve.
- Use a measuring cup scoop the waffle mixture into waffle maker.
