Coconut Waffles

This menu is one of my favorite breakfast menu and easy to make. I love the sweetness of the shredded coconut and almond flour is low in carbohydrates, high in fiber and a high source of protein. This menu fill me up until lunch time. 

Serve for 4

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
  • 1/2 cup of All Purpose-Flour
  • 1/2 cup of Almond Flour
  • 1/4 cup of Arrowroot Powder
  • 1 and 1/2 teaspoons of Baking Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon of Baking Soda
  • 1/4 cup of Raw Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon of Salt
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 cup of Whole Milk
  • 1/4 cup of Coconut Oil

Preparation

  1. In a large bowl, mixed dry ingredients together.
  2. Add wet ingredients into the bowl and mix well until everything dissolve.
  3. Use a measuring cup scoop the waffle mixture into waffle maker.
