Chia Seeds Pudding

Chia seeds are a concentrated food containing healthy Omega-3 fatty acids, carbohydrate, protein, fiber, antioxidants and calcium. Chia seeds have a reputation of being a “super food”. They are tiny but they are rich of nutrition. 

It is healthy meal, snack, dessert, or even for diet. Whatever you want this menu for, you will taste good real food when you put into your mouth. I think it is a good start of your diet plan for first meal.

Serves for 2

Ingredients

  • 1 cup and 3/4 cup of Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 3 tablespoons of Chia Seeds
  • 1/4 cup of Fresh blueberries, strawberries or others fruits you like

Preparation

Mix chia seeds with almond milk and stir them together for about 30 seconds, then leave the chia seed absorb the milk for at leat 30 minutes. The chia seeds will raise, then added fresh fruits before serve.

You can make it the night before in an air tight container and leave in refrigerator over night before add fruits in the morning and pack for lunch box and/or snack for break time at work.
