Baby Is Coming!

Hi Everyone, I would like to share my first pregnancy experiences. It was a bit tough. When I know I was pregnant, I felt very happy and at the same time I felt worry because I were miscarriage twice. Of course, I don’t want that experiences to happen again. I tried to be careful with everything; hormone change, emotional, and hungry all day. I have heard from others pregnancy stories that you need to avoid so many thing during my first trimester; I can’t do that, I can’t do this, can’t carry heavy stuff and so on. Sometime I felt annoying when I asked my husband to helping with carry heavy stuff ~ waiting and waiting kinda thing. I don’t know if anyone experience quit medium spotting but not cramping. I was super worry and I asked my mid-wife and she said that normal for first trimester for pregnancy to experience this type of spotting. Even though, I kept doing research more information by myself what should cause this issue. I started borrow more baby and pregnancy books from library. I got more information that I might lack of some type of vitamin that need during first trimester and I was right because my first blood test came out that I lacked of vitamin D. So, I started take more vitamin D supplement and my spotting completely gone. How relieved! Phew ~ !

This picture was take at the clinic where we did 4D ultrasound. It was really the first time I saw his/her face. If my baby read this message in the future, I would like to tell my baby that I love you the first day I knew I was carrying her/him. I fall in love with you from that day until today and tomorrow and forever. We would like to be surprise, so, we do not know our baby sex. The baby might be a boy or girl. What do you think? As well, daddy is very exciting when he know you are coming to see the world really soon. He took me out to have good food and he would find some healthy and clean ingredients for me to cook food everyday because he want his baby to be healthy from eating healthy food. I have learned so much about “Eat Clean” and I start laboratory and research what clean food is. I have many new recipes that I would love to share and good for pregnancy

In the morning, I will drink lemon water the first thing before I have breakfast. I squeeze lemon juice and add warm water, I drink it right away within 15 minutes to get all the nutrition and it good for baby as well. There are many benefit of drinking lemon water; clean liver, antioxidants, help digest, prevent heartburn in pregnancy and Vitamin C.
