Rosted Cherry Tomato Sauce Ingredients
- 1 pound of Cherry Tomatoes
- 3 cloves of Garlic, crushed
- 1/2 cup of Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoons of Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 teaspoons of Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon of Fresh Thyme Leaves
- 1 teaspoon of Salt (or put less 1/2 teaspoon if desire)
Roasted Cherry Tomato Sauce Preparation
- Preheat oven 325 Fahrenheit degrees
- Clean cherry tomato and pad dry.
- In a baking ceramic pan, added cherry tomato and garlic cloves and set a side.
- In a small mixing bowl, added olive oil, balsamic vinegar, sugar, salt, and some fresh thyme leave, using small whisk and mixed all the ingredients together until everything corporate.
- Pour the mixing sauce into the backing pan with cherry tomato and mix well.
- Bake for 1 hour or until the tomatoes look roasted.
- After it done take it out from the oven and let it cool down completely then remove to airtight containers and store in refrigerator and it will stay fresh for at least 7 days.
