Roasted Mustard Salmon

Salmon has good source of Omega-3 and it is essential for for pregnancy. The Omega-3 help for baby’s brain development while I am pregnant. At this time for the first and second trimesters, I eat more salmon than usual.

Make sure, you get the salmon that wild caught to get more iodine and minerals from the sea.

I love to make this menu when I have a tough time to cook food and I need to make something that easy, quick and full of nutrition.

This main dish has sour flavor from mustard and lemon scent from the zest. For this menu, I make Roasted Asparagus for side dish, it is go well together with the salmon because asparagus have a bit sweet flavor to cut down the sour flavor from the salmon.
